Grindstone Wrestling Club is a youth wrestling program serving Westminster and Carroll County, Maryland, offering folkstyle wrestling for boys and girls of all skill levels. Since 2015, this nonprofit club has focused on building strength, confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship through structured practices and competition in a supportive, community-driven environment. 

The St. John’s Boys Basketball in-house program offers boys in Kindergarten through 9th grade a fun, inclusive opportunity to learn and play basketball in a supportive community setting. Designed for all skill levels, the program emphasizes fundamental skill development, good sportsmanship, teamwork, and confidence building on and off the court.  Westminster Area Lacrosse (WAX) – Youth Lacrosse Program in Central Maryland
Westminster Area Lacrosse (WAX) offers youth lacrosse programs for boys and girls of all ages and skill levels in Westminster and Carroll County, Maryland. From beginner instruction for ages 5–6 to competitive play for older youth, WAX focuses on lacrosse fundamentals, teamwork, confidence building, and player development. With more than 500 players annually, structured teams, experienced coaches, and community support, WAX provides a fun and engaging lacrosse experience that helps kids grow both on and off the field.  

 The Westminster Baseball Association (WBA) is a volunteer-run youth baseball league in Westminster and Carroll County, Maryland, offering baseball opportunities for boys and girls ages 5 through 18. WBA provides structured divisions from T-Ball and instructional levels to minors, majors, and junior/senior leagues, focusing on fundamental skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and character building through community-based play. The organization’s mission is to create a fun, affordable, and inclusive baseball experience while fostering positive values and lifelong growth in young athletes. 

 The Westminster Boys Travel Basketball program offers dedicated travel basketball for boys in grades 4–8, providing competitive team play, skill development, and community sportsmanship in Westminster, Maryland. Athletes try out for grade-appropriate teams that compete in structured leagues and receive regular practice opportunities, with a focus on teamwork, individual development, and positive competition. Participants enjoy organized training, team jerseys and t-shirts, and help building confidence both on and off the court. Registration is selective, available only to players officially chosen for teams, and supports a dynamic, supportive environment for advancing basketball skills and fostering sportsmanship among youth athletes.

Designed for players of all experience levels, the program emphasizes strong fundamentals, positive coaching, sportsmanship, and competitive growth in a supportive community environment. Westminster Girls Basketball is committed to developing athletes both on and off the court while fostering leadership, resilience, and lifelong passion for basketball. 

Westminster Softball offers a dynamic youth softball program for girls of all ages, focused on fundamental skill development, teamwork, confidence, and a lifelong love of softball. Designed for players from beginners to advanced levels, the program emphasizes positive coaching, sportsmanship, and community support in a fun, structured environment. Westminster Softball provides opportunities for growth on and off the field while fostering leadership, athleticism, and a passion for the game. 

Westminster Soccer offers a vibrant youth soccer program for boys and girls of all ages and skill levels, focused on skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love of the game. Serving the Westminster and Carroll County community, the program provides structured training, age-appropriate leagues, and positive coaching to help players grow on and off the field. Westminster Track & Field Club offers a structured youth track and field program in Westminster and Carroll County, Maryland, designed to develop speed, strength, agility, and confidence for athletes of all ages and abilities. With age-appropriate training, expert coaching, and a supportive community environment, the club helps young runners, jumpers, and throwers build fundamental skills, sportsmanship, and a lifelong passion for track and field.  The Westminster Wildcats offer youth football and cheerleading programs for children in the Westminster, Maryland area focused on discipline, teamwork, and skill development in a positive, community-oriented environment. With structured fall football leagues and fall/winter cheer squads, the Wildcats emphasize sportsmanship, confidence, and personal growth on and off the field. Volunteers and coaches work together to build strong fundamentals while fostering achievement and team values for young athletes.
